Dr Richard Ng

Dr Richard Ng

Dr Ng graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2002 and completed his internship at Concord Hospital. He worked at Sydney Children’s Hospital as a Senior Resident Medical Officer where he completed a Diploma in Paediatrics. He undertook rural General Practice training on the North Coast, and became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2007. He has worked as a GP in the Northern Beaches since 2008. Dr Ng holds a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Management. His other interests include general medicine and men’s health.

Dr Vicky Steil

Dr Vicky Steil

Dr Steil studied medicine in Scotland and graduated from Edinburgh University in 1994. She worked as a Junior House Officer in Edinburgh and then as an Accident & Emergency Senior House Officer in Dunfermline. She completed General Practice Vocational Training in Aberdeen. Dr Steil obtained her RACGP Fellowship in 2000 and has worked as a GP in Mona Vale, Forestville and Belrose. She is actively involved with the Manly Warringah Division of General Practice and regularly provides Early Childhood Centre talks. Whilst Dr Steil enjoys the diversity of general practice, her special interests include women’s health, family planning and paediatrics. She holds a Diploma of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) and is accredited to provide antenatal shared care.

Dr Frank Brennan

Dr Brennan graduated with his medical degree from Trinity College Dublin in 1988 and completed GP training in the UK. He has over 20 years of general practice experience and has worked in both developed and developing countries. He worked at Nambour Hospital, Queensland in 1993 and subsequently spent several years working in Africa and Asia as well as two years as a ship physician. He returned to Australia in 2009 and up until recently has been working as a GP in Tenterfield, NSW. Dr Brennan’s special interests include general medicine and psychiatry. He has a Diploma in Child Health, a Diploma of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, as well as a Masters degree in Sports Medicine.

Dr Winnie Loh

Dr Winnie Loh

Dr Loh graduated from the University of Sydney in 1998 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy. She obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours from the same university in 2003. During her early medical career she worked at Concord Hospital, Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, and St Vincent’s Hospital. She trained as a GP in the North Coast during which she was involved a wide range of work, including chronic disease management, minor surgical work, emergency medicine, and shared antenatal care. Dr Loh obtained her RACGP fellowship in 2008, and has worked as a GP in Hornsby and Belrose. Her knowledge as a registered pharmacist complements her role as a general practitioner, and she also has interests in general medicine and preventative health. She enjoys seeing paediatric patients and holds a Diploma in Child Health through Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Dr Lisa Mossop

Dr Mossop graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2001. After working for a few years in laboratory sciences she went on to study for her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) at The University of Sydney, based at the Northern Clinical School, graduating in 2010. Dr Mossop completed her internship and residency within the Hornsby/Manly/Mona Vale Hospital network and has recently obtained her RACGP Fellowship after training at several locations over Greater Sydney. Dr Mossop enjoys helping and educating her patients across a wide variety of general practice presentations and has special interests in Women’s and Children’s Health, holding a Diploma of Child Health from the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.

Dr Betty Chen

Dr Chen graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2007.  She completed her internship and residency at Hornsby, Manly and Mona Vale Hospital. She trained as a GP registrar from 2010 to 2012 in the Central Coast, and obtained her RACGP fellowship in 2013. Her special interests include women’s health, dermatology, and paediatrics. Dr Chen has completed a Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning through Family Planning NSW, and has interests in contraceptive choices, pap smears, and menstrual issues.  She has completed her Certificate in Primary Care Dermatology with RACGP, and enjoys seeing patients for minor skin procedures, skin biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy. Dr Chen works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Dr Nguyet Phan ( Currently on maternity leave )

Dr Phan has recently relocated to Sydney with her husband and three children.
She obtained her post graduate medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2009 and obtained her GP Fellowship in 2019. Dr Phan previously worked as a physiotherapist before changing careers to medicine. She enjoys all aspects of general practice. In her spare time she enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with her family.

Practice Nurse : Ms Juliet Grant

Juliet Grant

Juliet is a registered nurse and has more than 30 years of nursing experience. She obtained her nursing registration at St Vincent’s Hospital and during her career has worked in various nursing roles at RNSH and RPAH. Prior to joining our practice, she also worked as a practice nurse at Northbridge Medical Practice.  Services provided by Juliet include childhood immunisations, wound care, health assessments, diabetes checks and childhood health checks.
Juliet is here Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
